Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Great Training Group Limited trading as First Aid Training and Development Notice Period for Booking Changes Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they wish to reschedule or make changes to their booking. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for any cancellations or missed bookings. In the event that a customer cannot attend their scheduled course, they will be offered the opportunity to reschedule. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling will be accommodated at our earliest convenience to ensure the customer can attend a future course. Customers are encouraged to communicate with us promptly to secure a new booking date. Non-Attendance If a customer fails to attend their scheduled course without providing the required 24 hours' notice, rescheduling may not be guaranteed. Exceptional Circumstances While our policy is strict, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. By confirming a booking, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
